This fine dark brown sugar is an exotic variety of cane sugar, natural and unrefined. MauiSU Dark Muscovado will bring out new depths of flavour in espressos and coffees and is also the ideal ingredient for marinades, chutneys, sauces and all sorts of desserts. If slightly hardened, just cover with a damp cloth overnight to restore its natural moistness.
